PP material VALVE SUPPORT for flexitank valve, different color with cheap price
Every ADA Flexitank with one or two 3'' ball valve(s) or 3'' butterfly valve(s) for loading and discharging.
Every Bottom valve needs one Valve Support to support the valve and prevent the outer drum of the valve and the container door can not be closed properly.
According to load and discharge method, there are three types flexitank:
1. Top Loading and Top Discharging;
2. Bottom Loading and Bottom Discharging;
3. Top Loading and Bottom Discharging
For Top Loading and Top Discharging type flexitank, because the valve on top side, so no need valve support to support it, but both Bottom & Bottom type and Top & Bottom Type all need the valve support.
ADA Valve Support mainly for ADA brand valve, but it's also workable for other brand valve, so do not worry about the design of the valve support, it can be customized.

ADA valve description
|
The valve body adopts new special materials, which has high hardness, thick wall and flange, large flow, and the valve body itself has a leak-proof function when connected with a quick joint.

Valve Core
|
It has a unique self-locking function and locating pin locking function. The self-locking function automatically locks the valve core and valve body after using the valve for a period of time, which increases the sealing and prevents misoperation and prevents accidents occurs; the positioning locking function ensures that the sealing position of the valve core is centered, preventing accidents when the it is deflected and the handle is turned freely.

Handle
|
It adopts split handle, including rotary handle and positioning handle. The position of the valve core is determined by the positioning handle, which facilitates the loading and unloading operation, and protects the switch of the valve. The positioning handle adopts a metal structure to increase the strength and is convenient to use. |

Valve limit
|
It can prevent the opening or closing of the valve when it is too large or too small, which can ensure that the valve is completely closed and opened during loading and unloading, to avoid damage to the valve body and prevent accidents.
